In 2008, Southern Spoon took shape as a catering company providing unique Southern Fusion cuisine in Nashville, TN.  

As a trained chef and culinary hobbyist, Chef Adam Barnes has continued to push the envelope by reinventing Southern cuisine.  His passion for cooking, innovative cooking techniques and down right drive to ensure a memorable dining experience has help mold this overall concept.  Whether it is for friends and family, co-workers or the random celebrity, Adam continues to bring old-fashioned, southern staples to the forefront in a new and creative medium.
